B.S. or Masters level degree or equivalent level in technical/ engineering disciplines preferably Drilling, Petroleum or Mechanical engineering.Minimum 5 years of work experience in drilling industry, preferably as a Drilling engineer with some field experience. •Knowledge of Drilling engineering principles, Well control principles, Rigs, materials and equipment required for the well construction activities.•Intimate knowledge of the well construction processes and the relevant engineering contents.•Aware of the advanced HSE management system requirements.•Capable to identify hazards and risks in relations to well operations and elaborate/propose mitigation actions.•Team player, capable of working with professionals from different organizations and lead the contracted service companies.•Good knowledge of English (at least Upper intermediate level). Kazakh is preferable.
